We do not sell, share, or rent patient data to any third party under any circumstances.
Patient information is used strictly for the purpose of providing medical care, record keeping, medicine dispatch, and follow-up communication.
All personal and health information is maintained with utmost confidentiality.

2. Appointment Rescheduling

Patients may reschedule their appointments up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charge.
Rescheduling requests made within 2 hours of the appointment time may not be accommodated and will be treated as a no-show (see below).

3. Cancellations

No refunds are applicable for cancellations made by the patient after booking.
We strongly advise patients not to cancel or delay healthcare appointments, as timely treatment is critical to health outcomes.

4. No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a patient does not attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges.

5. Medicines & Home Delivery

Medicines prescribed through consultation may be delivered Pan-India.
Delivery timelines vary by location and logistics; the Clinic is not liable for courier delays.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or revise this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Patients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
